Bryan and Bobby were out today. They did a fabulous job. Very thorough and explained everything to me. They suggested sealing grout, and I found it to be cost-effective. I'm glad they mentioned it because I was more focused on cleaning the rust off the tiles (I am on well water) and did not even think about protecting the newly cleaned surface. My carpets are very light. Several puppy accident stains started to show from the residual cleaner, attracting dirt. Can't see them! Very happy with the service!

We have been using Best Way for over 25 years. Kelly always does such a great job! The staff is also personable and friendly. We had an incident with cat urine on the carpet. Kelly worked with different enzyme options to find the solution to eliminate the urine smell. Many of the enzyme products have a high fragrance smell. Kelly took extra care to stay away from those. The product he used had a very minimal fresh smell. Kudos for all his diligent work to tackle the problem! The care they take with your belongings and walls as they clean is exceptional. Also, Sue is great to work with in scheduling the job. Their company name describes them well!

The Best Way folks were excellent, as always, and did an amazing job on carpet that was especially in need from pets. Best Way was also really flexible with me on the schedule as we had construction in our neighborhood that impacted their access to my house. They worked with me to reschedule at the last minute, which I'm sure was not easy, but greatly appreciated as I had a small window of availability. Nice folks, and do excellent work. This is the only company I would call for service.

6/14/24. Another great visit today with Jason and Mike! Wish I had taken a before photo. Jason got out what I thought was an impossible stain from a candle that had exploded. THANK YOU! Now I don’t have to rearrange the furniture!

I was so pleased with our carpet cleaning. The carpets dried quickly and looked great. Jason took a lot of time to explain and deal with the brown spots on the basement carpet. They're not completely gone, but way, way better than before, and he told me how to deal with them in the future. I completely endorse Best Way.

Again! I'm a Best Way customer STILL. I'm estimating it's been 15 years of using them at least once/year but often twice. They are THE BEST. No 'but' or 'if only'...the best. Today we had two area oriental rugs and our bedroom cleaned--highly trafficked, plus pet areas. The staff worked hard again and left our bedroom spotless--and believe me, it was pretty bad when they arrived. Same cleaners, always courteous, friendly and kind, always always work to make sure we're happy. We are indeed happy and very grateful to support a local, conscientious business. I love Best Way! I have been using their services for 14 years . I love that they are locally owned company. When they show up I feel safe and know they will do a great job. I would never go anywhere else. My service was tile and grout cleaning but I have also had them clean carpets. You will not be disappointed by their services and professionalism.

I am updating this review as now I have been using Best Way for 17 years!! Had Kelly and his team out today and once again professional, kind , courteous and did an amazing job!! There is no other place I trust or would go to!!
