We've lived in Ann Arbor and been using Best Way Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years now, and every time they visit our home it's an incredibly positive experience. They are a local, family-owned-and-operated small business that treats their staff and customers really well. Their team is friendly and fun to chat with, very knowledgeable (they've known how to deal with tough stains), and very professional. They take care to protect our home -- for example, laying down coverings on our wood floors, putting up guards on wall corners so their hoses don't rub the walls, and lifting wooden furniture onto blocks so that dyes/stains in the wood won't leach into the damp carpet afterwards. Over the years they've helped us with pet stains, red wine and coffee stains, area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and lots of wall-to-wall carpeting. Yesterday I learned that they now offer granite re-surfacing so we plan to have them come back soon to fix a crack in our kitchen counter and polish our granite countertops. Can't recommend Best Way highly enough!
