My basement carpet had water stains from water seepage. My concern was that the stain would remain in the carpet. Best Way came out as promised, steam cleaned the carpet and removed the stain, restoring the carpet to it's original condition. I was amazed and delighted with the professionalism and competence shown. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing professional carpet cleaning.

Really appreciated Jason's professionalism and knowledge. I thought my wood floor was ruined- Best Way to the rescue! It wasn't cheap, but far less expensive than replacing the floor itself. They did a fantastic job.

Brian and Kelly cleaned all flooring in my condo. Lots of variety: berber carpeting, room area rug, tile, marble, vinyl, wood flooring. Amazingly clean as they have done in 3 other visits. They use the best process - all steam in carpets, no soap to attract new dirt, machine that specifically removes deep pet hair, and buffing equipment to make wood shine. This is the only cleaning service I would ever use. Kelly and Brian are prompt, communicative and expert.

Kelly and Brian did a fabulous job. They serviced my house twice over the last few weeks. First they did some wall to wall carpet. I had avoided doing this for years because the last time I had the rug “cleaned” by another company, the pet stains and general grime remained. I figured it was permanent and there was nothing I could do. But Best Way, years later, when the stains should have been even more ground in, got it all out!! I was amazed and pleased. So I called them back to do 5 area rugs of various sizes—including a couple of very valuable Indian and Persian rugs. The rugs are still drying but they look terrific. Highly recommend Best Way and their personable professionals!!

Update Feb 2023: We continue to have Best Way clean our carpets regularly. But now they offer granite countertop cleaning/polishing and we had that done this time too. They guys really spent a lot of time making sure the countertops look great!
Best Way cleaned my carpets in my home today. I am FLOORED over how much better they look. I've had other carpet cleaning companies come, and I've rented a rug doctor pretty regularly, but nothing compares to the job they did today. My carpets look as good as when we moved into our house 4 years ago, and we have 2 kids and 4 pets!

Best Way came to clean our entire home’s carpet just before we moved in. They arrived exactly on time (if not a minute or two early), accommodated our weird parking situation as we were awkwardly unpacking right as they got there (my fault, not theirs).
Jason and the other gent were extremely professional and kind. They provided a great time estimate of how long the job would take, measured and showed me a price before they got started, and asked where would be the most convenient place for them to start (so as not to disturb the unpacking). They were respectful of our home and entry way.
The carpet looks brand new after their work. I was very impressed and quite surprised that it turned out as excellent as it did (we trust Best Way, but a couple of the rooms just had filthy carpet that I didn’t think was salvageable).
Couldn’t recommend them more! We are very pleased with their work and will be trying the granite sealant next. Thank you!
