Excellent in every way! Brian and Jeremy tackled a challenging drip down the hallway of a residential building - identified the probable cause and eradicated the problem. Kelly and Jeremy worked nonstop for almost 5 hours, cleaning carpet, furniture, and tiled floors. Everything looks great. This duo was professional, kind, hard working, and most importantly, followed COVID protocols. I’ll definitely recommend Best Way for your carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning needs.

Jason and his associate were wonderful! Prompt, professional, and willing to provide some additional expertise with a tricky clean that involved new furniture. They even helped to tackle some of the pilling we had on an older sofa (which I was not expecting at all) and left some recommendations for helping with the problem in the future. They were also very respectful of covid precautions and wore masks the whole time without having to be asked. Will absolutely be using this team for future cleanings!

Best Way was very easy to contact and make an appointment. They arrived right on time, very courteous and efficient in their cleaning. They even cleaned the nooks and crannies between the carpet and the wall.
They had an extra challenge as the AC went out, its August, but they took it cheerfully in stride.
I definitely would hire them again.

I can't say enough about this business - we had an issue with sticky residue rug tape stuck to our carpets. The gentlemen (Kelly B. and his colleague) that came out worked very hard to remove it but were unable. Instead of being irritated or upset, they nicely explained the issue, gave me other ideas for how to solve the problem, and didn't charge me for the service. They were friendly, on time, and professional. Would call this company again for all carpet cleaning services in the future! Highly recommend!

We have had terrible experience with the service industry in the Saline area. It was so refreshing to have an excellent experience with this business! The technicians were awesome and their work was outstanding!
