This is the second or third time we’ve used Best Way, this time for a very specific stain on our white carpet (but we cleaned the entire carpeted area in our house). They called the evening before as a reminder, confirmed our address and plan for what we would have cleaned, and arrived promptly within their one hour window. I received either a text or email the morning of as a reminder/update.
Kelly and his colleague (I apologize, I didn’t catch his name) were professional, kind, and completely understanding that I was actively on a Zoom meeting. They worked quickly, fixed our problem area, cleaned our entire carpeted upstairs, and left a bottle of stain remover and booties along with a note to follow up (I was still on my Zoom when they left).
Great service (again) and they were also very kind to our friendly but very inquisitive animal who likes to “help.” They even assured me they could put a stop in the door to make sure our inside animal would stay safely inside. Nice touch :)

Best Way is wonderful. I have used them for years and would not use anyone else. The staff is always friendly and professional, Kelly was in charge today and he was great! There were some old pet stains, he spotted them right away and they are gone. I can’t say enough good things about Best Way’s service over the years, I highly recommend them.

Best Way Carpet Cleaning just cleaned my carpet and they did an excellent job, as usual. I have it cleaned regularly but due to the pandemic I was overdue for a cleaning and I was worried that some of the stains would not come up. Kelly and Andy did a wonderful job and the carpet looks like new! They were very nice and very professional and they were very careful with my furniture. I have always been very happy with this company.

I had my carpet cleaned today by Kelly and Andy. They did a fantastic job! I was unsure that certain stains/dirt spots could be lifted but they managed to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Kelly and Andie...thanks for a great job, your professionalism, and also for leaving a fan at my home to help the carpet dry quicker. Kelly and Brian cleaned the carpets at our condo and they did a great job. They were efficient and professional. They even cleaned a small front rug on the way out for free since they had walked in that area. They wore masks as well, and were respectful of our home.
