This is the second or third time we’ve used Best Way, this time for a very specific stain on our white carpet (but we cleaned the entire carpeted area in our house). They called the evening before as a reminder, confirmed our address and plan for what we would have cleaned, and arrived promptly within their one hour window. I received either a text or email the morning of as a reminder/update.
Kelly and his colleague (I apologize, I didn’t catch his name) were professional, kind, and completely understanding that I was actively on a Zoom meeting. They worked quickly, fixed our problem area, cleaned our entire carpeted upstairs, and left a bottle of stain remover and booties along with a note to follow up (I was still on my Zoom when they left).
Great service (again) and they were also very kind to our friendly but very inquisitive animal who likes to “help.” They even assured me they could put a stop in the door to make sure our inside animal would stay safely inside. Nice touch :)
