Best Way Carpet Cleaning came out today to clean our carpeting. We have four dogs (long story...) and a long haired cat. I try to stay up on the vacuuming, and I have a rug doctor spot cleaner for animal messes or spills, but I always have Best Way out before the holidays. Years ago, I would call whoever I had a coupon for, but after some really disappointing experiences, Best Way stood out as a way to eliminate unhappy surprises. They are consistently good, really good. Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and upholstery. They show up when they say they will, are friendly and polite, and customer focused. Example, I finished moving my lighter furniture and was about to vacuum the last room when they arrived, they quickly finished vacuuming for me! They work hard, put fans out to speed drying when they finish a room. The carpets are so clean. I really appreciate this company and their technicians. Today is was Jason and Chris - they were great (and they don’t complain about the dog smell that I know is there). Lol. Highly recommend them.

Wow, just wow! We have four cats, a big dog, work 60 hours a week, and our carpet shows it. I thought they’d tell me that it was a lost cause and turn around. But I am blown away with what a fantastic job they did. It looks like the day we moved in, and the cat/dog smell is no longer there! They were super kind and very fast. Highly recommend to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Will definitely have them back in the future!

This company is the best ever. The impact they’ve had on our carpets and tiles is actually jaw dropping. Our friends and neighbors have loved watching the satisfying the before and after video they took of our unspeakably dirty tiles! Also We have a dog who sheds and they get our stairway carpet looking like new. And their service is consistently amazing. I love recommending best way because I feel like I am passing along an awesome gift.

Their service is amazing. They have cleaned my carpets, rugs and furniture many times. They've worked their magic when it comes to really bad stains including coffee and red wine. Whatever they do, it always works extremely well. I wouldn't go to any other company. Thank you for your service

Jason and Chris cleaned our laundry room ceramic tile and it looks wonderful! Like new! So clean! We also received advice on care and maintenance. Recently, they cleaned all the carpeting in our house. They let us know when they would arrive, did a very thorough cleaning, worked diligently on stains, moved furniture, cleaned up well, and all and all did a great job. Past cleanings by other companies just can't match them. They are also personable and friendly. We are very glad we found them and will have them come back every year!

Fantastic job cleaning up the carpet in my apartment! I got the new carpet a year ago and between two dogs, normal foot traffic and a few unfortunate spills it was looking pretty sad. Bryan and Kelly came and made it like new! It stands up and has life again rather than being flattened, it is soft and smells great! They were extremely polite, punctual and much faster than I expected. I would highly recommend them!
