Brian and Kelly arrived on time within the window I was given. They were both wearing masks and had their shoes covered while in my home. They cleaned my large couch and scrubbed and resealed my kitchen tile. They even vacuumed the hard wood floor under my couch and did the same with my refrigerator. They worked hard and were very considerate and professional. Great service, great team!

If covid is keeping you from having clean carpets or upholstery. No need to fear. They wear masks while they clean as well as always! Great guys!! :)
Every time there's a stain on my couch or an accident on my rug, I call them immediately. They do a great job cleaning and removing stains. And they are SO NICE!!
Another big reason I use them is that they don't leave behind fragance after they clean.

Bryan and Kelly were on time, wore their masks and maintained social distancing as we were getting ready to leave. Their work was professional and of high quality. Our carpets looked brand new again. We have used Best Way Carpet Cleaning several times and would highly recommend them, especially if Bryan and Kelly are doing your work.
