These guys did a fantastic job. Very timely, courteous, and thorough. The way they do their pricing is also very cost effective, no surprise fees etc like other companies. They just charge per square foot (used their carpet cleaning service specifically). I will def be using them in the future!

I was seriously ready to throw my beautiful sectional away after a family member had a MAJOR accident on my couch, over last Christmas. I was devastated, as our couch is beautiful and as we bought it on a major clearance, we'd never be able to buy a similar couch for the price we paid.
Well, the friendly techs at Best Way flew in like super heroes and SAVED THE DAY!! Not only did they take care of the major accident, but my couch looks like brand new!! The techs were so professional, I am so grateful!!

After reviewing several carpet- and furniture cleaning companies in the Ann Arbor area, I selected Best Way - and I am so glad that I did. They were professional from beginning to end. I appreciated the at-home visit for the estimate - they were honest, direct, and answered all my questions so that I would know exactly how things would be done and what it would cost. And then the day they did the work - they were so professional... Arrived on time, booties over their shoes while they worked, thorough vacuuming before cleaning. My big rave is how well they were able to clean my light-yellow checked fabric sofa and chair. I had another company try to clean them a few years before, and they did a horrible job - so much so that I ended up covering the furniture with sofa covers. Recently we were thinking of actually giving the furniture away when I figured I'd give it one more shot. Best Way did an amazing job - the furniture looks just like we had it pre-children - and that's saying a lot, with two boys! The covers are gone, and the furniture is staying :-). Thank you, Best Way!

Jason and Victor cleaned my carpet today and they did an awesome job! I just moved into this apartment and the carpet was DISGUSTING! Covered in stains, dirt, who knows what. Now, it looks fantastic and is pretty much back to white. I also really appreciated receiving a nice text from them when they finished to let me know when it was done. Thanks, guys!

We have used Best Way for the past 3 years to clean area rugs, carpet, and upholstery. Bryan and Kelly are great! They are always prompt, professional, and are very knowledgable about what they do. Our couch is 3 years old and it literally feels like a new couch after they clean it. We recently had the grout in our kitchen cleaned based on a recommendation last time they were out and it really made a difference. I can't recommend them enough!

They even wrangle kitty cats when cleaning our home.

I've used Best Way for around 15 years. They're a family run business and do a terrific job. They were able to restore some pretty badly stained outdoor cushions to almost new looking. Kelly and Bryan were friendly, efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

I have used Best Way for many years to clean my carpets. I have always found them to be prompt and courteous. I made an appointment for last week for all the carpeting in my home to be cleaned. Jason arrived on time and got right to work. He covered the hardwood floor to protect it. He worked hard to remove stains, particularly from my white carpet. The furniture we could not move out of the rooms was lifted, the floor cleaned underneath and it was put back on foil carpet protectors. He also left several pair of plastic booties so we could walk on the wet carpet before it dried. The carpets look rejuvenated. I highly recommend Best Way, they do an outstanding job.
