This company was referred to me by two different family members who have been using Best Way for over 16 years. I have two off white couches that I was thinking of replacing before calling Best Way. Jason and Darin arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning both couches. They surpassed my expectations and I am very satisfied with the results. If I hadn’t just replaced my carpet with hardwood floors, I would have definitely used them to clean my carpet in the past.

Service from first call to set up appointment and until the job was done was excellent. Staff was professional, efficient and most importantly did a great job on our carpet and furniture. Kelly and Byran also provided good advice on carpet maintenance. We will definitely be back.

Having my carpets cleaned by Best Way is a treat for me. The technicians are friendly and efficient. They explained how to clean a spot correctly and cleaned everything like magic while I got to relax and had a clean home when they were done. This is the second time I have used them and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. So glad I choose this company.

I highly recommend Best Way Carpet Cleaning. I hired them to clean my carpeted basement stairwell and carpeted basement. Quick appointment turnaround and they took the time to remind me of my appointment the day before. Jason and Darin arrived within the appointment window, were very friendly and courteous (bonus! they laughed at my jokes!), and worked quickly. They did a great job troubleshooting some mystery stains and eliminated other stains I was sure wouldn't come out. And even gave me some recommendations for products to use against future pesky pet stains. Great people and service!

We've previously used a national chain but stains were left. We'd thought we had to live with these, until Best Way came over! Obviously we were quite surprised. Now we have used them a 2nd time. Their depth of knowledge, in respect to what is best for different carpet and rug types, is impressive.

Bestway Carpet Cleaning is the best! When you set up an appointment, they always confirm the day before the job. The crew is on time and courteous. Jason and Darun cleaned our tile and grout and it looked brand new. They cleaned every inch of it and were very meticulous. They also cleaned our carpets and rugs and will move furniture. These guys are pros! We have worked with Bestway for over 20 years and every job has been excellent.

Wow! These guys exceeded my expectations. Not only were the technicians courteous and efficient, they were knowledgeable about carpets and educated me about the care and maintenance as well as the benefits of their system. They rinse out the cleaning solution after they've cleaned the carpet. Isn't that a novel idea! Service was excellent, the technicians were on time, very friendly, and quick. They did an excellent job and they even threw in some free spot carpet cleaner for future stains. Great results for the price, would definitely recommend.

Have been using Best Way Carpet Cleaning for many years. They are always trustworthy, courteous, efficient and excellent. This most recent time they came in when we weren't home and did the job and left all in good shape. There was a spot that didn't come out; we called, they returned immediately and fixed it. Apparently the spot had been cleaned but showed up again after they left. But now it is all good. I highly recommend them and this time we had Kelly as our serviceman. Thanks, Kelly!

Jason and Darin came a few weeks ago to clean our carpets. They worked really hard to get out some pet stained spots out, and even got out a rust stain I had forgotten about. They were punctual and efficient.

The technicians were courteous, fast, friendly and very professional. They took extra care to cover and protect corners, walls, wood floors and other non-carpet areas from water and equipment damage. They moved and then replaced large pieces of furniture to their exact original placement; and made sure to place protective pads under all pieces to be removed after the carpet was dry. They made sure I knew exactly what to do after they left and told me to call if I had any concerns or was not completely satisfied. That won't be necessary, because they did a fantastic job and the carpets look like new!

Had our basement, basement stairs and 3 area rugs cleaned. As always a wonderful job done. Jason and Darren took extra effort in removing old cat urine smell from our sick cat. We will not use any other carpet cleaning service!
