I have a number of apartments that I lease out, and have been using Best Way Carpet Cleaning for more than 20 years to clean carpets when needed. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they have always been prompt, thorough, and courteous. I wouldn't consider calling any other carpet cleaning service.

I love Best Way! Silly me bought white berber carpeting 12 years ago and because Best Way makes it always look like new - I cannot justify getting rid of it! Jason is top notch - always focused on customer satisfaction. Today, Kelly and Bryan walked perfectly in Jason's footsteps. I am a fervent and loyal fan. Highly recommended!!!!!

Kelly and Bryan are two honest fellows!! They've been cleaning my rugs for the past several years and have done a beautful job of getting dog stains out. They were forthright when I showed them some older couches and they educated me that because of the type of material, it would be difficult to get it looking much better and to save my $$ because they like "happy customers." I would highly recommend this company and these employees.

We have been using Best Way Carpet Cleaning for approximately 10 years. Jason has been "our guy" the entire time. He is thorough, meticulous, and professional in his approach. We have never had a stain they could not get out, including red wine and wood stain on the carpet!

I always feel good after our white 50's style carpets are cleaned by Best Way. Beyond doing a fabulous job at a competitive price, they often send the same guys who know our home, their office knows us by name and address and they are on time. Plus, they are a local business right on Eighth St., not a franchise. Best Way makes me feel as though we are their favorite customer and that they will do whatever is needed to take good care of us.

I decided to get our carpet cleaned yesterday, and today the job was done. I'd put it off, expecting it to be a hassle, especially in winter, and it couldn't have gone smoother. The carpet looks great, dried quickly, and the whole process was so much easier than I thought it would be. Jason and Darin were professional and friendly. They were also patient and supportive of my oldest child's interest in the whole process! Thanks for such excellent work.

We have a 17-year old sofa that still looks great thanks to Best Way. They were originally referred to us by Workbench Furniture when we first bought the sofa, and have cleaned it yearly for almost 17 years running. Best Way arrived in a nice, clean van and were very personable. They were conscientious of my home and moved a heavy bookshelf so they could do a more thorough job. I was worried no one would be able to get the cat urine smell/stains out of the carpet, but their work was a success. I would highly recommend working with them.

Jason and Darrin arrived on this very cold morning, right on time and confirmed the cleaning order. They brought in the equipment and went to work after putting a big inflated draft blocker around the door frame to minimize the heat loss possible because the hose needed to connect to the truck.
We asked that one couch be cleaned and the result was so good that I asked Jason if they had time to do a second couch and two chairs which they did. lucky us.
They were efficient, careful with moving and replacing and getting behind things as well as stain removal. Very pleasant to have them here - excellent work!

Best Way is a life saver!! My husband knocked over a big candle that left a large amount of wax on our carpet, but the guys at Best Way came out and were able to remove it. It was amazing! We have had them here before to clean our carpets and they have always done a great job. We will definitely continue to use their service. Very friendly and reliable.

Best Way Carpet Cleaning has always been my family's choice when it comes to professional carpet cleaning. I had Best Way out yesterday and was amazed when I got home! They cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms, my couch and chairs as well as my tile. The results were outstanding. The couch and chairs were on their way out.....they now look brand new and will be around for a long time. So not only did they do a great job they saved me a lot of money having to buy a new living room set! Jason was very professional yet friendly. I highly recommend Best Way Carpet Cleaning - you will be very happy with your experience!

We've been using Best Way for the last 30 years or so and they have never disappointed. They have kept our carpets in perfect shape; they are very responsive with usually next-day service. When we have an accident (dog mess, coffee spill, red wine, etc.) they do their magic and we're good as new. They are friendly pro's who know their business. They're the best in Ann Arbor, period.
