They were great! I have asthma and I was not effected at all. My house felt brand new. The service was over my expectations, as they move furniture that I didnt ....and cleaned in places I forgot. I will be calling them for repeat business.

We recently closed on a new home and needed to get the carpets cleaned before moving any of our stuff in. There were several stains I was sure were going to be there permanently. Not only did Best Way get those stains out, they made the carpet look brand new!
From the moment we called Best Way, we were impressed by their friendly staff and their desire to fit us into their busy schedule very quickly considering our tight time line with the move. Their techs were prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgable. They gave us tips for future stains and recommended products to use. The even let us know how to fix a patch of carpet that was ruined (not by them) in the corner of a room.
Their affordable rates, quality (and quick!) work and friendly service made this expense a no-brainer. I had never used carpet cleaners before (rented ones before), but would never think twice again to use these guys.

This is the first time I've ever paid for a carpet cleaning, and my experience with best way shows me that you can find affordable cleaning with great service and results. I came to meet Jason at my apartment after they gave me a heads up call when they were 20 minutes away.
When they arrived they were thorough, professional and friendly, answering all of my questions knowledgeably and patiently. After they were done they locked my place up with a key I gave them and slipped it under my door. They also left a number of pads for furniture feet and a pair of fabric booties to protect my carpet from shoes, as well as a bottle of carpet cleaner for any spot cleaning in the future.
They made sure that I knew that if I found anything not done to my satisfaction that they'll stop back by and clean it for free. Overall, very satisfied :)

Amazing customer service! Jason was our technician and he was a very friendly professional man. We have three dogs with white carpet and our carpets were filthy. When he was done they looked brand new. We were amazed that two weeks later the stains have not come back. We have had them cleaned before and the stains always came back and they never looked this squeaky clean. He more than exceeded our expectations. They were very contentious that this was our home that we worked very hard for. He even laid a sheet down in the lawn where he parked so that the van exhaust would not burn up our grass. The carpets were practically dry when he left which was very convenient. We definitely will use them again and refer anyone we can to them.

After trying several of the local companies and the national chains, I have to say that I have never had as good of an experience as I did with Best Way. The secretary was great to work with, the crew came on time, they really knew their stuff and got out almost every spot some of which past companies could not remove. I loved that they sealed my door closed to keep our AC in, EVERY other company I've used left the door wide open. The carpets dried quicker than any company I've used before. I have nothing but nice things to say about Best Way and highly recommend them to anyone who happens to read this.

This was my first professional carpet cleaning in 10 years. The team was great. They arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and the job came out great. Plus, I didn't have to wait forever for the carpet to be dry enough to walk on.
I would definitely recommend Best Way to my friends and associates. I'm confident that working with Best Way was better than going with one of the $99 for 3 rooms big name cleaning companies.
It was truly worth it and is another example that you get what you pay for.

Jason and Darin did an excelent job on my carpet and furniture. I didnt think there was much hope for our sofa but they really surprised me with how well it came out. The guys were prompt, friendly, and very careful around my home.

I just bought my first house and wasn't sure if I could salvage the carpets as they were pretty beat up. After reading other reviews I decided to give Best Way a try. I must say that Jason and Jeremy did an amazing job getting spots out I thought were permanent. They were super careful around my fresh paint which I really appreciated. I think I just found my favorite cleaning company!
