I have been using the services of Best Way for about five years, after a recommendation from a sales person from the former Ann Arbor furniture store, Workbench. Their friendly, skilled staff provide service of the highest quality and I am always completely satisfied with their work. Yesterday they removed many black, grease/tar/graphite footprints from my 20 year old carpeting and left it looking like new. I'm sure the life of the carpet has been extended from their cleanings.
On another note, I find the cleaning solutions easy to tolerate and am not bothered by them.

My experience with Best Way was excellent from start to finish. The crew arrived 30 minutes into the 2-hour window I was given (awesome), and both guys were extremely nice. While they got started I finished up moving several chairs out of the living room, and when I came home they were all put back! This included a pair of heavy wooden chairs that they hadn't seen me move. The carpet was basically dry when I got home, about 4 hours later. To top it off, on the bill was a note saying that there was a $20 referral discount they had forgotten to tell me about, so they just applied it anyway!
I would use Best Way again in a heartbeat.

Great job! Carpet and furniture look fine. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out - with one BIG dog and 2 cats - - but it looks great and I am more than satisfied. Thanks Best Way!

Bryan and Conor did a cleaning at a house i just purchased. Cleaning was quick, the stairs look very good. The carpet although it was heavily used, looks much better and smells much better. My only complaint is that they were 30 minutes late to the appointment. They had a previous job run long, but still... 4 stars, good job.

The guys that showed up were on time, professional, and finished in great time. My only complaint is about the estimate process. I assume this is how all carpet companies "get you" for more money, but it really is a bummer. They quote over the phone, so not very accurate, and then laser measure day of cleaning, only to inform customer that the actual cost is DOUBLE what the original estimate was. We went ahead with their services and I don't blame the workers that showed up. Just a faulty process of estimating cost. So for an accurate quote, I recommend providing real square footage ahead of time!

Best Way did a great job in cleaning my carpets, however I am noticing the carpet is starting to come up in the door ways and causing a couple of wrinkles. No big deal though im going to be replacing them soon. I appreciate the short notice on scheduling as well.
