Awful service, whilst grieving and saying goodbye to my dog whilst she was being put down they handed me the cremation leaflet and asked me to pick a pot. they were very insensitive this happened not once but twice, on top of this i payed 300 pounds upfront on the day, they did not keep record of this on the system and afterwards tried to charge me 900 pounds claiming i hadn't paid anything towards it luckily i had the receipt. do not come here.

Very upset. The vet (i believe his name was Housou (from Canary Wharf) I don’t understand how he was qualified to be a vet) told me that my rabbit was 100% fine. I was actually so worried hence why I took her to emergency vet straight away. Waited there for an hour and got told my rabbit was fine, brought her home. Half an hour later she passed away. It was the most upsetting thing ever since I had been told by Goddard Northolt vet that “she looks 100% perfect” and passed away. Please do not trust everyone especially when you have a gut feeling that something is wrong. Please make sure with another vet service if they do say “nothing is wrong”. Nothing can be done now, I can’t bring my bunny back alive, she was only 5 months old. But I do not want another person going through the same pain my family went though. Thank you.

WOW, I have only just joined Goddard's and in fact haven't even been to the practice I've registered with yet but on Monday my 5 year old collie x had an epileptic seizure and needed urgent care. I drove straight to Mandeville Veterinary Hospital and from the moment they rushed him into the hospital the care was outstanding. I was kept informed the whole way and the vet took the time to read Ziggy's extensive medical history and provide some excellent advice. It's obvious they love animals and as an owner I know my best friend is in excellent hands. Thank you to all the staff who looked after Ziggy

If I could I would put 0 stars. I don't know who in their right mind would give his hospital anything above 2 stars. They tried to force me to put my cat down, with a cost of an additional £300.00. They did a scan to confirm my cats liver was damaged and has a tumour. Although this information is correct, my cat is still enjoying the quality of life 5 months later. He returned from the hospital traumatised, scared and in tears. They DO NOT CARE about your pets and are so quick to give up on them. The doctor who scanned him was completely insensitive, robotic and stand off-ish, he was pushing for my cat to be put down. Since coming back from the hospital I have seeked other veterinary advice. The other vet provided my cat with steroids to reduce the tumor inflammation. I have also done my research and changed my cats diet completely, I've also started giving him daily vitamins and milk thistle. He has been doing great and if I didn't know about his medical condition I'd say he is perfectly healthy. Please do your research and AVOID this hospital!! If I did not fight for my cat he would not be here today! Please be careful.

This is the 2nd time I have had cause to complain about how they deal (or not!) with pet insurance claims. I emailed them a claim form to complete, received auto reply saying everything will be dealt with during office hours. Called them one week later, on hold for 15 minutes and then informed the person (only one?) who deals with these was on annual leave. Not responsive or professional, once they have your money they don't care about assisting you with an insurance claim. Also they completely mis diagnosed my dogs' illness and should have been more knowledgeable. Cannot say anything good about them at all. we only went there as 24 hour service. Adrian Hayter also doesn't respond promptly to complaints. Would give no stars if I could. They don't deserve one. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My first experience here was a very pleasant one, took my first dog (chow chow puppy) and was very happy with the service. Vet was Elle (I think) and assistant was lovely aswell my dog didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be using again

I just want to thank the Goddards team for looking after our cat in his final days. They were always keeping us updated and very thorough with treatment. When we had to say goodbye I do not know her name I'm afraid but the vet was professional and hugely sympathetic. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing my little dog Horace had his BOAS Surgery last week, the surgeon was Ann. It went without a hitch but the service from all of the staff has been wonderful I am truly grateful and so is Horace.
