Lovely people. Reception are friendly and very helpful . I went in to get pet passport they were quick and wonderful. Bonus....The vet was lovely and easy on the eye !!!

I visited the vet today and, as usual, experienced a very high standard of service from both the the vet and the staff at the reception desk. I always feel confident that my cats receive the very best of care. I would always choose to take my cats to this veterinary practice.

Went there with an emergency, my dogs had got ahold of and ate tablets. The staff are genuinely nice people, who care about you and the animals. The vet was very clear and informative as to what the best options would be. The costs are a bit much but I guess if you want the best care for your pets, this is the place to go. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Very good,I went there with 2 of my Guinea pigs(at different times,i have 4),with the first one he had a stroke and had to be put down,we went to a different vets before and they said that he's fine,but he had an ulcer and stroke.we took him to Mandeville and we didn't even have to wait for a split second,and we got rushed in immediately with Top Vet, then with our 2nd piggie, he had breathing problems caused by multiple things(he was adopted,so we didn't get a background story on him) and we took him to Mandeville,previously booked an appointment, and in 2-5 days he was good as new,even better than he was before. They gave him doxycycline antibiotic for small mammals. Overall my experience was very good 5/5!
