Right from the beginning the sales rep and the technician were courteous and friendly and were finished in the time stated no mess left behind. Office staff were great with making sure I was aware of all charges.

Fantastic service. I was having issues with getting my gas insert to light. Lisa sent out a very knowledgeable technician and with in a few minutes he figured out that I had some debris in the igniter and then gave me some tips on how to use and care for the gas insert. Thank you!

Felgemacher rebuilt our firebox that was originally built in 1941. They did an amazing job. They were extremely clean, using plastic to create a barrier around the fireplace while they worked. They were very professional, respectful and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

We thought it was only going to be replacement of one bad brick and some pointing and waterproofing but Zach found more bricks around the bad brick also needed to be replaced so between some bricks we had on hand and some he had on the truck he was able to make a repair that looks great and matches the rest of the bricks perfectly
