Matt was the service technician that came to inspect and clean my fireplaces and chimneys. He was very thorough, friendly, and helpful! He explained my options and gave me all the information I would need to move forward. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Felgemacher was TOP-NOTCH from beginning to end. Starting with the quote by Matt, and then finishing with the work executed by Kyle and Eric (with Ben dropping by to ensure all was OK with the gas lines), everyone from Felgemacher did *excellent* work, managed expectations efficiently, and communicated thoroughly. We needed to have the chimney for our fireplace repaired, as well as the chimney that vents our basement appliances -- for both, the crown had cracked, which allowed rain & snow to get in, expand and contract as it froze and thawed, which started pushing the bricks out as they cracked. While we had Felgemacher there repairing both, we decided to convert our gas fireplace to a wood-burning fireplace. We just couldn't be happier with their work! If we could hire Felegmacher to do plumbing, carpentry, electricity and help with all of our home needs, we would be happy, happy homeowners! They certainly set and keep a GOLD standard!

Crew set up huge scaffolding and immediately went to work. Chimney repair and brick repointing nicely done. Several add-on touches were appreciated. Good work! Will recommend to neighbors.

I hired Felgemacher Masonry & Chimney to do the repair work on my chimney. It was well worth the wait and did a great job matching up my 33yr old brick on the chimney I currently have. They did a fantastic job repairing the chimney. The workers Dave and Connor were exceptional, on time and cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and plus the were Buffalo Bills Fans like myself. Thank you for the great job!

They did fantastic work. Starting with the estimate where they let us know the options available, the work was able to be done a month ahead of their original estimate. Work looks fantastic from the chimney itself to the ductwork connecting the furnace and water heater. Top notch company.

Excellent experience start to finish

Felgemacher came out to inspect and clean our chimney. The tech was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew his stuff. He put a camera up through our chimney, inspected, cleaned, and then showed pictures of the inside to describe the things that he noticed. Thankfully, even though it's old, it's still in decent shape. Unfortunately, there is a code issue (I have two fireplaces connected to one flue), but obviously it's important information. Anyway, we'll definitely be using them every year to do another inspection/cleaning. Thanks!

The repairs they did on our chimney look great and their guarantee on their work gives us confidence that if we were to run into a problem they would take care of it.
