Bought my current house in March '24. Was sitting on the chair in the dining next to the fireplace. It was raining, and I couldn't understand why I was getting wet. So I called Felgemacher. They came out and found the chimney needed help! The job was finished today and it looks absolutely beautiful. The picture doesn't do it justice.

The receptionist Paige thoroughly followed through. And Sean the technician was incredibly helpful and as my husband called him “a really good guy.” Incredibly pleased with my original gas insert install and now the problem with the bad remote to it. Overall, very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

However, for all of you who get the dreaded news... your chimney needs a new liner, or we found cracks, damage to the brick and mortar...etc. Please consider calling Felgemacher. They took that stress away. They are meticulous, professional, and courteous, talked me through each step, deep breath, and reminded me it is going to be ok. They are licensed and insured. They didn't walk away from the job and tell me chimney is too high up (yes, a company did). They cleaned up every day, always called and told me how far out they are. The chimney work has a warranty that will out live me. I just bought my house less than 4 years ago. What a train wreck, and the things they found inside my chimney would knock your socks off. I highly recommended Felgemacher for your chimney rebuilt. Professional team right started from the sales, Matt showed up in person for the estimate, explained all my options and potential pricing if I go with rebuild vs. temporary repair by others, also the cost to remove and install different style chimney. I really appreciated Matt’s all around knowledge. Office lady Paige is always available to answer questions, scheduling was on time and easy. I mostly like to thank the crew Lewis & Mike, they show up on time, setting up the scaffold, did nice work, cleaning up all the debris at end, great communication. Now my new chimney can holdup for other 100 years -:) Thank you all teams!

No one wants the fire department showing up at 3:00 in the morning. In a crisis situation, Felgemacher Chimney & Masonry are the pros you want to call. Kyle and Andy did an excellent job removing the guts of a chimney impacted by a “sudden, high heat incident,” relining and repairing the chimney, and removing an existing wood burning stove. I was impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. The entire crew at Felgemacher were highly professional - responding to an emergency situation, diagnosing the problem, putting a proposal together, and working cooperatively with and around other contractors. I could not have wished for better service and response. Highly recommend Felgemacher for all chimney needs.

Feglemacher Masonry and Chimney has conducted repairs on our chimney twice in recent months. The first job revealed that more extensive work was needed. The chimney is 97 years old, so this finding did not surprise us. We were quoted fair prices for the jobs, so proceeded. The crew of two worked expertly on each job and we are very happy with the quality of work and in the way the mason kept us posted on progress. Also, the office staff is professional and friendly! D. I want to thank Felgemacher Masonry for standing behind their work. I had a crown repaired in 2022 and they used a product (not mortar) that just came off the top of the chimney crown in 2024. I called them, took pic. of the material that blew off and they agreed to re-do the crown at no charge. They stood behind the work they did when initially they used a flawed product. Thank You for being a company with integrity and GREAT customer service. (I did not give 5 stars only because it should have been done right the first time and they were aware of the flawed product, stopped using it and could have been proactive in repairs to jobs that the flawed product was used.) John, the Tech that did the repair the second time was absolutely the best. He explained what he did and showed me what he did. This time mortar was used, and it was done the right way. Thank You for being a Respectable and Honest Company and hiring associates that are the same.

I needed the shoulder on my chimney rebuilt. Felgemacher did an excellent job!!! They replaced the brick and mortar on the shoulder with a slab of sandstone which is how the chimney should have been built in the first place. They consulted with me as they worked on the project to confirm they were meeting my expectations. They also repaired some of the mortar around the surrounding bricks. I would 100% recommend Felgemacher to anyone who needs masonry work performed on their home.

Highly professional. I had a leak near the fireplace. They sent a technician who looked at the problem, determined it was leak through the chimney, gave a reasonable estimate and next day sent a technician to take measurement and in three days sent a crew to replace the busted chase cover and finished the work before an impending storm. The whole process took less than a week and saved me from any additional damage due to water leak. Both Matt and Ian were wonderful in their jobs and I would recommend this company to anyone having chimney-related problems.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had them in my home…everyone I’ve dealt with have been super professional and ON TIME—-Today I had Roy at my home and he was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Would recommend to anyone!
