The quality of their work was 5-star and they were critical in helping get insurance coverage. I would recommend them and use them again. The couple of reasons they receive a 4-star instead of a 5-star is: they left the interior of our home a little dirty, they put up scaffolding when they said it wouldn’t be necessary (minor inconvenience), they gave a $600 upcharge for emergency support for a chimney crown (an upcharge wasn’t my complaint, but the lack of forethought and use of brick when, if we had more time, I would’ve worked with them to select something that would’ve looked better with our house), and they took two large slabs that were our property for disposal without consulting us first (I had plans to repurpose them). I know it’s nit-picky but felt the need to explain the areas that left a little to be desired. Otherwise, they were great.
