The head repairer mason, Eric was tremendous. He immediately alleviated all my fears of damage to my roof and deck from repair of my chimney that he was going to do. He explained in detail the work to be done and that any and all debri would be removed. He did what he explained what he would do . He was courteous and a diligent worker and came on time for the 1 1/2 days he was here. The restoration and repair was super. He came and looked inside my fireplace and stated that the old cover over the chimney had no venting and in using ny gas fireplace I could be dangerous. He showed me the new cover that had venting that was going over my chimney opening. Lastly, in talking to my neighbor across the street after my chimney work gad been done, he told me he used same company for similar work last year and the work was super in the repair of his chimney.

I worked with Felgemacher to repair the chimney at my parents house. I was coordinating the work from out of town and Eric F was very accommodating of our schedule and providing a great detailed estimate. the work crew was courteous and efficient. Masonry work is very weather dependent and Felgemacher took care to work as weather permitted AND protect the work and home based on forecasted weather. They soft scheduled well in advance because their services are in high demand. Laurie the in accounting and Melissa the scheduler were great to work with even from a distance. They kept me well informed and accepted payment remotely. As a family owned business they stand by their work with a 5 year warranty. It was worth waiting for the courteous professionals at Felgemacher Masonry & Chimney of Buffalo.

Fantastic experience from the initial quote to the chimney repair service. The entire team at Fegelmacher is friendly, professional, patient, and highly responsive. We worked closely with Jeff to get our repoint done and he was able to schedule our job quickly knowing we needed the work done before we could do our new roof.
