Felgemacher was honest and told us exactly what the problem was and only recommended the work that needed to be done. We saved thousands and are happily enjoying fires because of them.

Jeraco was very personable and professional. He was easy to talk to and thorough in cleaning and inspecting our stove. He was able to come earlier and called to ask if that was "ok".

Everybody I interacted with was fantastic. They originally had to reschedule because one of their technicians was sick. They handled it so professionally and I was happy they were being safe and taking care of their staff too. They rescheduled very quickly and were very responsive and flexible. I appreciated it a lot. Then the rescheduled technician called beforehand to let me know when they would be there. They were on time, very professional and thorough. When they realized that I wanted to know more about the fireplace and chimney they explained things very well and showed me the inside of it. They explained very well what they were seeing and what to keep an eye out for. They cleaned everything up and left zero trace of being there (except for a very clean fireplace and chimney). I contacted 3 other companies and this was the only one to get back to me in a timely manner to schedule an appointment. They were very helpful and I will only use them from here on out. I cannot say enough good things about them and the job they did.

Chimney repointing, new cap install and sealing on 1962 single story brick home in Cheektowaga. Water has been entering through mortar cracks and through a large gap under the cap for many years. Thankful for the solid work by two of the best hard working, problem solving, and respectful masons in the business that will keep this home dry for years to come.
