My parents had an issue with their chimney and their gas logs that required a quick repair. They called and a representative came out in a matter of hours, assessed the situation and assured my parents that they could repair what needed to be done and that it could be completed the following day. With temps dropping and with them unable to use their gas lines, this was of tremendous help. The pricing was fair, but the best part, by far, was the incredible customer service!! From the phone calls to the service calls (in the rain, on their roof, no less) was impeccable. They made my parents calm in a situation that was upsetting (no heat) and they were so pleasant, expedited the process and, true to their words, completed the repairs the following day. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Phenomenal company!! Thank you!!

Felgemacher handled a (badly needed) partial reconstruction of our chimney and we are extremely happy with both the quality of work and the professionalism of the people we dealt with. They politely indulged me every time I had a question, they easily rescheduled an estimate when I had something come up, they explained the work and provided a cost saving option, and they did the job quickly and with no disturbance to our daily routines. I also appreciated the extent to which they cleaned up the area when finishing. Most importantly, based on what little I know about masonry and chimneys, the craftsmanship is terrific and I won't need to worry about our chimney again any time soon.

My chimney looks GREAT! My chimney was literally the worst on the street; they did a rebuild [from the roof up] and it looks wonderful. The guys were very pleasant and professional, did a thorough clean at the end. Highly recommended!
