I had a great experience with this company! I just recently bought a house and had no idea the shape the fireplace was in so I scheduled an inspection and cleaning. They were extremely informative and told me everything I needed to know about my fireplace and showed me the camera view of the chimney. They even explained to me the importance of a cap to prevent rain from getting in my chimney and I would have never known that! All around they were a very quality and honest business. Felgemacher did a wonderful job with our direct vent gas fireplace insert this past winter. They were extremely helpful when it came to educating us on the differences between styles and model and helped us to make an informed decision. Both their technicians and office staff were friendly. Everyone was very accommodating, punctual, and knowledgeable. The installation crew were meticulous about keeping the job site clean during both the fireplace prep and installation. I had worked with them previously for a chimney inspection/cleaning and capping. It was a no-brainer to go back to them for the insert installation, and I'm confident I will work with them again on any future chimney/masonry needs.

From the office staff answering all my questions and keeping me informed to the masons who worked at my home the entire experience was wonderful. Fireplace cleaning, inspection, new flue liners (in both furnace and fireplace), crown and tuck point, etc.. The workers were respectful of my home, did an excellent job, cleaned up and paid attention to all the small details that you want when you hire a contractor.
