I spent many hours online trying to find a place that would convert my 20 years of family videos to archival dvds. I wanted to choose a place that would be reasonably priced, care about quality, and also care about transportation of materials. It was worth all the time I spent to discover EverPresent. What a relief. I actually came to their Newton, MA location in person, but I know that they have a pickup drop-off service from several locations, including what happens to be the best framing shop near my Upper Valley (NH/VT) home. The people at EverPresent were patient, helpful, professional, and kind. They made a stressful process into a calm and efficient one. And they will stand behind their service - I know it will take me quite a while to view all those dvds and I have been assured that they are ready and happy to address any issue that may arise - none have so far. I did a ton of research on this, and it paid off - I recommend them without reservation.

For Fathers Day I thought it would be awesome to finally do something with the old video tapes my dad had sitting around. I know that Sams Club and Costco have these types of services, but I’ve heard some bad/mediocre experiences, so I figured I’d see what was around. A quick google search and I came across these guys. I contacted them on a Saturday and someone got back to me in minutes and was willing to answer all the questions I had. I sent 6 tapes into them to be digitized. They let me know they received them, went over options with me and told me a lead time. About 2-3 weeks later (within the lead time they promised me), they let me know that everything was finished and were shipping them back to me. I received the package and saw they carefully packaged/labeled the tapes and even had a fancy box for the USB drive (I like that kind of stuff). Also, they had a paper that mentioned any issues they may have come across when processing (luckily, my tapes were all good) Anyway, I sat down and went through hours of old footage on my lap top and was blown away. EverPresent did a fantastic job and it really made my dads day seeing all the old stuff he recorded and completely forgot about. If your on the fence about using EverPresent, don’t be. They are extremely professional and have an eye for detail. If i come across any other tapes, I won’t even think twice about sending it over to them again. Great job to your whole team! If I could give you 6 stars I would.

I have to commend Everpresent for the professionalism, compassion, and responsibility showed given a minor technicality I wasn't happy with that was immediately resolved. A mistake on my part being negligent given that I am not computer literate and was not aware how to access certain photo data to my understanding but yet when communicating with Everpresent thereafter they took all the time necessary to create an understanding that make me completely aware of what I was doing and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Given the response I received I would definitely return for future projects and have complete confidence in their ability to deliver with the upmost satisfaction and recommend others to feel the same.

I have worked on five[5] major projects with Everpresent. The project range from a small to large. I digitized all of my family photo albums and single photos on to a program that was set with the favorite music from my husband and kids. The production was superior and set beautifully to our preferred music. Lately, I took all of my elderly parents' photos ranging back from 1949 and had them put to a format that both young and older people would be able to see. Everpresent has never let me down on any of my projects. They have been very supportive in suggesting alternate avenues to accomplish my goal for each of my projects as well as performing complex task for each project that I needed such as an individual's voice added to the project. I live in Texas and have accomplished all of these wonderful memories without a glitch even though I live in Texas and they are in Newton MA.

I recently visited the Newton location to see if they could backup a 27 year old VHS recording of my late grandfather's 60th birthday. I wasn't even sure it would work at all since it had been lost in storage for years and there was mold on the physical tape. To my pleasant surprise they were not only able to recover and transfer the video to DVD/USB, but the quality was far better than I could have expected! Can't say enough good things about this place. Great team, great service. I will definitely be seeing them again if I happen to come across any more old tapes!

Really great service. My camcorder had the last 3 years or so of family videos, and it is incompatible with my updated computer operating system. So I needed a trusted entity to convert my video to digital format in a way that protected the original, the only copy of video of cherished memories. The folks at EverPresent went out of their way to demonstrate that they were competent, careful, and cared about my project. I can't say enough about how effective their service has been.
