I have worked on five[5] major projects with Everpresent. The project range from a small to large. I digitized all of my family photo albums and single photos on to a program that was set with the favorite music from my husband and kids. The production was superior and set beautifully to our preferred music. Lately, I took all of my elderly parents' photos ranging back from 1949 and had them put to a format that both young and older people would be able to see. Everpresent has never let me down on any of my projects. They have been very supportive in suggesting alternate avenues to accomplish my goal for each of my projects as well as performing complex task for each project that I needed such as an individual's voice added to the project. I live in Texas and have accomplished all of these wonderful memories without a glitch even though I live in Texas and they are in Newton MA.

I recently visited the Newton location to see if they could backup a 27 year old VHS recording of my late grandfather's 60th birthday. I wasn't even sure it would work at all since it had been lost in storage for years and there was mold on the physical tape. To my pleasant surprise they were not only able to recover and transfer the video to DVD/USB, but the quality was far better than I could have expected! Can't say enough good things about this place. Great team, great service. I will definitely be seeing them again if I happen to come across any more old tapes!

Really great service. My camcorder had the last 3 years or so of family videos, and it is incompatible with my updated computer operating system. So I needed a trusted entity to convert my video to digital format in a way that protected the original, the only copy of video of cherished memories. The folks at EverPresent went out of their way to demonstrate that they were competent, careful, and cared about my project. I can't say enough about how effective their service has been.

I had reels of old 8mm family movies that were more than 50 years old, stored in basements and garages thru my many household moves. My parents' 70th Anniversary seemed like a good occasion to finally give digitizing them a try - I honestly didn't know if they were even salvageable. I found EverPresent thru a simple online search, packed the reels up and dropped them off to them with a note that my parents' anniversary was less than 2 weeks away, but would appreciate it if they could put a rush on the order. Within a day, I spoke to an EP rep and repeated my request. Not only did they come thru on time, but did a wonderful job putting together a DVD of 12 reels of film at a very reasonable price. I recommend them highly! The only problem I had with the whole process was that there were far too many film clips of me as a toddler!

I am so grateful to everpresent for their services I have done 3 projects with them! I have had about 30 8mm home videos from my infant stages and up until a bunch of high school home videos with friends and family that I’ve had and had been lost at how to transfer them to dvd and any modern day format but everpresent made it easy! Their service is incredibly efficient and organized and I will most definitely be recommending their services to anyone and I would most deifnitlety go through them again in the future to finish the digitization process of the rest of my memories !

I have repeatedly used Everpresent in the past five years. I can not thank them enough for their informative and professional handling of treasured 8mm and 16mm movie reels found in my father's belongings. As well, they digitized my own VCR tapes taken in the late 80's and 90's...many of which would have been ruined or lost had I not taken the step to preserve them. Don't procrastinate! You won't be sorry. You'll be grateful that you gave them a call and entrusted them with the memories and moments left behind by loved ones.

I dealt with another company first, Southtree, Very unhappy with their understanding of what I wanted. Called them and the customer service (I think I spoke to the owner) was unbelievably terrible! Wouldn't even fix what was wrong with order; stuck with it! Looked online and found Everpresent. Contacted them, sent my audio tapes with instructions on how many thumb drives I wanted and which tapes should be on separate thumb drives. Was extremely happy with their work and presentation! Would highly recommend them!!!

A worthwhile investment. We were thrilled to find footage on old DVDs of loved ones from events we had forgotten. The quality was excellent. While hesitant the first go-round due to cost, we've now rounded up more DVDs in storage for conversion.

My mom gave my family probably the best Christmas present ever this year by giving us Everpresent! Not only did I get to relive some amazing memories, but I got to see my sister who passed away in 1997. I was very little at the time and could only remember her through pictures until Everpresent gave me our home video of my sister Tiffany and I. I HIGHLY recommend Everpresent to everyone. The quality of the videos are outstanding although at some times it takes a little while to load.

The Newton team is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I dropped a film reel to have digitized on Dec. 13th and they got it back to me in time to gift for Christmas. The quality is fantastic with a detailed report of the film condition and I appreciated the numerous options I was given for the cost. Will definitely be back with other projects.

I started this adventure with an email request for a phone consultation. I was asked in the link what time would be good for them to call. I said 12:00pm. The next day at exactly 12:00pm I got a call . No lines no waiting. The person I talked to was very pleasant and sent me a form to fill out and an address to send the films to. Once the films arrived at their location another call was placed to me to quote a price and find out what exactly I would like done to my family movies. I asked a few questions about the quality I could expect. I was told that 8mm and super8mm films vary in color and quality due to the age . I was told they capture the images frame by frame to produce the best quality possible. They explained that the images likely would not be crystal clear, may have lines, hairs, skips..... this was acceptable to me . What I hoped for was a sharable copy of our old family movies that would be better than the image I could get from my projector. I was not disappointed. As explained up front the movies did have some artifacts , hairs, lines, skips. That's the way they should be in my opinion. Some of the images are a bit pixilated in full screen mode. Some are not, I think this has to do the film quality. I sent several different films. However they were able to capture images I could no longer see when projected. Viewing in half screen mode the movies are clearer and crisper. These folks were able to bring back images I thought were gone forever. They are personable, prompt, and understand the sentimental value home movies have. They were a pleasure to work with. I hope to send more films in the future.

I have done some of my own digitization of materials in the past, but getting 8MM and Super8 converted was just too much. I sent two shoeboxes full of films to EverPresent. They responded immediately. Their prices are great, and the work they did was amazing. I've recommended their service to a number of my friends already. I couldn't be happier with their service.
