Ok , I know I could do this myself with proper equipment only because I am familiar with this stuff. But I had a huge box of assorted 16mm and 8mm with some VHS too. No way I have all the necessary gear and expertise to clean up and other fine tune adjustments that EverPresent has at hand. Expensive? Well, yes to me but I am so pleased with the results. They picked up and returned all my stuff too. These memories are worth it folks. Digitized and upscaled to look great on todays hi res screens

The scans I received were very high quality, I was asking for a bit of a rush job but the staff at EverPresent were incredibly accommodating of my timeline, will definitely use their services again!

If you have treasured memories on videotape/dvd, play them. I did and found the audio was garbled and video was shaky. I knew that I had to get my tapes digitized before they became unreadable. I researched and chose EverPresent because of great ratings and because they are a smaller company than some of the other popular services out there. I made the right choice because the people there made the process so easy and someone gave a lot of time and care to ensure my digitized files are as good as they can be. All but one of my 113 tapes were saved. The quality is better than I expected. My family and I have enjoyed watching family video files on our computer, TV and phones! It's also been great sharing files with extended family. It's a relief to have recordings of my entire life secured digitally. I've recommended EverPresent to my family and friends. Excellent company.

EverPresent could teach a masterclass on customer service. I had them digitize 300-400 family photos, none of which I had negatives for, some of which were in odd formats from like the 70s. They sent me notifications as things progressed just so I would know my photos weren't in limbo and returned them in much, much nicer packaging than the mess of letter envelopes I gave them. A lot of the people in those photos are no longer with us so these pictures were incredibly meaningful to us and honestly we were really nervous about something going missing. They made it abundantly clear that they understood that and it felt like they took that responsibility seriously. I 100% will be using their service again, grateful to have them in our community.

I had a boxful of photos and other items that belong to my wife. She has very little left from her childhood due to a fire, so this box is quite precious to her. I wanted to get the contents digitized as a present to her, so I spent a long time researching businesses. I liked what I read about EverPresent, but it took a lot of discernment before I plucked up the courage to mail the box to them. The work done was amazing!! Damaged photos were retouched brilliantly, and all items made it back safe, sound, and packaged extremely well. All fears were unfounded, as EverPresent did a perfect job!

Everpresent was wonderful to work with. They transferred my families old video camera tapes and made it very accessible! They even fixed a few broken tapes. We are so thankful for their service and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their old family memories digitized to keep forever!

I would highly recommend Everpresent as a company to digitalize your special films. My situation was I had films. My father had taken in the 1940s of my parents’ wedding. We also had the same type of films that included large amount of footage of my older siblings when they were very young. These were films that I never saw from the Late 40s to the early 1950s. These are priceless family history that needed To be modernized for viewing by us now and for future generations to come! I had to call numerous different digitalizing companies and they did not have the ability to help me with these very old films. My father had films on large reels that were known as 16 mm— double sprocket variety. Everpresent specialists were able to tell me that these films were only made for five years before Kodak went to single sprocket film in order to widen the frame surface. All the other current companies that digitalize film for Individuals do not handle this rare type of film. It was no problem for Everpresent! My communications with the company throughout The entire time from inquiry into a completion was very professional and extremely helpful. Their initial phone call regarding this project provided me with a quote as to the approximate cost of the entire project and how long it would take for the project to be completed. In the end, it cost less than was originally projected. It was done in a very timely manner. It was a great project for me to work on during the pandemic and they really came to my aid. The great joy is I get to see family members who have passed away and yet they look as young as they always did to me! A very heartwarming family legacy project that would have impossible without the aid and expertise of Everpresent!
