I had a phot album of family photos digitized. The outcome was amazing and EverPresent achieved my desired result. The only thing I will mention is that the dates in the photos were not included in the metadata of the digital ones.

These days there's not very many companies that communicate as frequently and as well as EverPresent. And the quality of the videos is as good as I could expect for 30-year-old camcorder tapes and VCR. Although the price was a little bit higher I think it's a very reasonable value. And EverPresent is offering a discount price to some of my friends and relatives should they decide to use the service. Making a decision of what company for this type of service isn't simple. But I can highly recommend EverPresent. I feel like people can trust this company. I'd also like to add I am very stingy with publicly reviewing any company. I just find it I uncool somehow. I know when I've done business with an exceptional group though and EverPresent deserved my review.

Coca-Cola made it possible for soldiers heading overseas in 1942 to record a message to their families. EverPresent took a record that was in pretty bad condition that my Dad made for my Mom and improved the sound quality before transferring it to a digital format. Thanks to them my children and granchildren got to hear their grandfather's voice for the first time.

I stumbled across a cassette tape from 1989 that I had never listened to, and when I popped it into an old cassette player, it sounded a little warped (likely from age of the player, as the cassette was in great shape). It was an astrological reading my mom had done of me when I was 4 months old, so now that I’m 35 and had no idea this existed, I was SO curious. I looked high and low for places that would turn my cassette into an mp3 file and was so happy to come across EverPresent. They were quick, professional and their app is user friendly. I was able to listen to my reading and save it to a flash drive to share with others. Now I’m hoping to help my sister dig through her boxes to find hers! 10/10 would recommend EverPresent.

Everything that was discussed about the project was exactly what I was presented with and the quality of the videos was very good considering some of the VCR tapes were over 45 years old. I actually received the finished product earlier than I expected. I will be doing another project with EverPresent in the the near future. I used EverPresent to preserve ultrasound photos from my baby as I was told after time ultrasound photos begin to lose their color. EverPresent was able to capture each ultrasound photo and place it online so that I will have them forever. It was such an easy process and I highly recommend using them for any photo needs. Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced with a large company.

EverPresent digitized film negatives and vcr videos. They were done well and the company had excellent communication.

I was blown away by the ease and professionalism of Everpresent Newton. They took dozens of priceless 30-year-old family tapes that I hadn’t been able to view for years (due to outdated tech) and put them in digital format with incredibly impressive quality. They also exceeded my expectations on timeline, doing the work prior to my move 4 weeks later. The only downside is the price tag, but I found the service they provided to be well worth it.

Have used Everpresent for years. Always great quality and service. Pricy, yes but worth it for getting everything digitized and the convenience. I’m happy to pay someone else to do what I need and have it done right. If you have ever tried on your own to digitize any kind of library (photos, music, cassettes, VHS) it is a time sink! Takes forever for the DiY kind of person. Using Everpresent means I do not have to invest in equipment t, software, nor spend endless amounts of my time. I have never been disappointed or regretted using Everpresent.
