I'm a media professional working for a worldwide tech corporation and I’ve been producing high quality commercial and marketing content for nearly 20 years. I brought several sentimentally precious items in various states of decay to Everpresent. They were excited to work on several projects, including reproducing albums (one from the 1920s), reproducing a college art project from 1945, creating a wedding album for my mother with 60 year-old photos. Katie and Susan were always patient and enthusiastic. I never felt pushed to spend more money. They only wanted us all to be happy. They cared about our materials as much as we did. I am going to give them all of our keepsake projects always.

Everpresent does a fantastic job and provides excellent customer service. The staff couldn't be more helpful. I had many mini video tapes with family movies transferred to a flash drive and a photo slide show converted to DVDs to give to family members. It was all very easy. I found one mini tape that was stuck in an old video camera about 2 weeks after I had dropped off my other tapes. EverPresent retrieved the stuck tape and added it to my other files. I love having my videos so readily accessible. Now that my kids are older I love to go back and watch their baby videos - so fun! I would happily and readily recommend EverPresent. I already have done so several times!

I've been hanging on the my old PAL VHS videos because I hadn't any luck in converting them myself. The first time I researched using a service was a few years back and I didn't have any luck.
