A costly, disappointing company. Our family trusted Everpresent and got a company that shocked us with being slow and unresponsive. Just check the Better Business Bureau to see the real company.

had my stuff for 3 months. took video tapes and for some unknown reason creates audio DVD gave them a video camera and they failed to do anything with it An expensive total disaster dont go near them

Terrible service. Don’t pay for it. The files come back compressed down to all hell. The files should be a couple of gb however when you get it back it’s a couple of megabytes. Pixelated and blocky. I paid for the 2k... definitely didn’t get it. Terrible.

We brought some vhs tapes from a deceased relative in the hopes that they could be turned into dvds and given as a Christmas present for my mother in law. Recieved several calls/emails over the weeks it took to complete the project and so assumed all was well. When the project was returned to us, we excitedly watched the dvds only to realize that one of the three was an old Days of Our Lives Episode and one was an old baseball game that had been recorded. Only one of the tapes was anything relevant. Apparently the tapes had been mislabeled, but would have been nice to have a call from Everpresent before they charged us for converting an old soap opera and random sports event. It is understandable that they may not know if that was something that we wanted to memorialize, but common sense would say this would have been a nice thing to check before the final purchase was made.

Would NOT recommend! Horrible experience. They are never available when you call customer service. I called them at least six times before someone called me back. We had an agreed upon price for my project and then they charged me $300 extra when my project was complete. Guess what? They don't respond when I call to report the charge. Huge mistake using this company.

I sent my parents wedding video in to convert to digital in early June for my Mid August Wedding. I sent two emails asking for a status as my wedding got 4 weeks out then two weeks out. I received an email saying it was in the “last stages” of production a few days prior to my wedding. My wedding came and went with no video. Now I receive another generic email telling me it is late. This was not my first project with EverPresent, but it is certainly my last. No communication, no phone calls or emails. Don’t take on projects you can’t fulfill. Huge disappointment as I can not make up what I planned for this wedding.

Took several weeks. Difficult process terrible job and very overpriced. Would never recommend
