Great experience! Saved all my old footage. Would definitely use them again if I come across more old tapes.

I recently received the finished version of a Memorial/Celebration of Life video that Everpresent was working on for me. I chose the Signature Slideshow which includes 100 photos, music, and I added on a few video clips and with someone that has no video editing experience I was happy to pass off the project to someone else! When I finally got the finished video it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted - I also knew it was going to be exactly what I wanted because the amount of time they spent corresponding about revisions, music selections, and photo selection. They are very thorough about how each step of the editing process works and they show you what the video looks like before they move on to the next step so you have a chance to make any changes, which I really appreciated. I worked with Anna on my project and she couldn't have been a better person to work with. Even after my project was done and delivered and I had an issue with my video link I contacted her and she addressed the issue right away.

SO HAPPY I found this place! The staff was super friendly, explained each and every step of the process, and would contact me with any updates needed. I'm so thankful that I now have my special memories from both VHS tapes and camcorder tapes from almost 20 years ago, now in a simple digitized format! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just received my first order from Legacy Box. I sent two large reels of old 8mm film that were 43 years old and asked to have them transferred to my computer and thumb drives and DVD. The ordering process was simple - as was the shipping procedure. I received the order in three weeks and was amazed at how well the company was able to transfer these old films to the new technology. The films were relatively clear and brought back great memories. I will now be going back to my attic to send many more items to transfer!!

Great experience working with EverPresent to get my childhood VHS digitized. I was able to drop off about 15 tapes to their Newton location which was very convenient and preferred over shipping like some of the other services. They communicated a status as the project went through each of the phases and the customer service was always ready to answer any of my questions. The delivery was on time and of great quality. I really appreciated receiving the status updates during my project because I was eager to get it back. I found a cassette tape with a label that said it contained the sound of my late mother’s giggle at a family gathering. I couldn’t wait to hear that again. Now I can listen to my mother laugh whenever I want. What a gift. Thank you!

EverPresent did a great job with our family photos! We had photos from four different family members, and EverPresent kept them all organized so it was easy to deliver them back to the family members at the end. They did a great job with my aunt's album and with the photos that needed retouching. I highly recommend them!

I have used EverPresent twice this year for digitizing old VCR tapes and slightly more recent mini-cam tapes. They are most efficient in keeping the customer informed of a project's progress during the relevant week or two. In addition to one's requested output medium, their duplicated 6-month online storage is easy to access for viewing or downloading.
