Great experience working with EverPresent to get my childhood VHS digitized. I was able to drop off about 15 tapes to their Newton location which was very convenient and preferred over shipping like some of the other services. They communicated a status as the project went through each of the phases and the customer service was always ready to answer any of my questions. The delivery was on time and of great quality. I really appreciated receiving the status updates during my project because I was eager to get it back. I found a cassette tape with a label that said it contained the sound of my late mother’s giggle at a family gathering. I couldn’t wait to hear that again. EverPresent did a great job with our family photos! We had photos from four different family members, and EverPresent kept them all organized so it was easy to deliver them back to the family members at the end. I have used EverPresent twice this year for digitizing old VCR tapes and slightly more recent mini-cam tapes. They are most efficient in keeping the customer informed of a project's progress during the relevant week or two. In addition to one's requested output medium, their duplicated 6-month online storage is easy to access for viewing or downloading.

Very pleased with your attention to detail, especially the realignment of two images and the adjustment of brightness and contrast to better reveal a face that was in deep shade in a group photo.

Recently, I had about 10,000 35-mm and other non standard negatives digitised by EverPresent. I was very impressed in the company's ability to "clean up" and resuscitate very scratched B&W negatives. Some faded coloured negatives from the 1960s and 1970s were more challenging but, in any case, the images were quite improved. I recommend them without reservation. They are a top-of-the-line organization with great customer service.

The EverPresent team was excellent in every step to convert my VCR tapes to USB. They emailed me each step they took and advised me of the current status right up to completion. Great job team.
