Everpresent did an excellent job converting out old family tapes to digital format. The prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding. They completed the project faster than anticipated and upon finding an error a few weeks after they went back to review and fixed the file quickly. If you have been putting off converting old tapes their service is worth the money.

The team at EverPresent did an absolutely beautiful job of digitizing films our family had had for years, some of which were almost 70 years old. The condition of the digital films was excellent. During a recent family reunion we watched the movies with relatives who are now in their eighties, and who had the chance to see themselves again as young children with their own parents, grandparents, friends and even their pets. I'm so grateful to have had a chance to share this gift with my family, and I highly recommend EverPresent!

Excellent service. Drop off was very fast and easy . They were very attentive to my questions. The final bill came out just as they had predicted. The final product was fabulous . So wonderful to have heirloom photographs now preserved on a thumb drive. Highly recommend!!!

Everpresent was TREMENDOUS in helping my family digitize our old VHS tapes. We had over 40 tapes, and some contained meaningless footage that we didn’t need and some footage that we wanted combined with other tapes. It was a complicated project, but they were so helpful, understanding, and patient every step of the way. Their customer service is wonderful, and I would HIGHLY recommend their service for anyone wanting to digitize their old memories to enjoy for years to come.

I recently received the finished version of a Memorial/Celebration of Life video that Everpresent was working on for me. I chose the Signature Slideshow which includes 100 photos, music, and I added on a few video clips and with someone that has no video editing experience I was happy to pass off the project to someone else! When I finally got the finished video it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted - I also knew it was going to be exactly what I wanted because the amount of time they spent corresponding about revisions, music selections, and photo selection. They are very thorough about how each step of the editing process works and they show you what the video looks like before they move on to the next step so you have a chance to make any changes, which I really appreciated. I worked with Anna on my project and she couldn't have been a better person to work with. Even after my project was done and delivered and I had an issue with my video link I contacted her and she addressed the issue right away.

SO HAPPY I found this place! The staff was super friendly, explained each and every step of the process, and would contact me with any updates needed. I'm so thankful that I now have my special memories from both VHS tapes and camcorder tapes from almost 20 years ago, now in a simple digitized format! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just received my first order from Legacy Box. I sent two large reels of old 8mm film that were 43 years old and asked to have them transferred to my computer and thumb drives and DVD. The ordering process was simple - as was the shipping procedure. I received the order in three weeks and was amazed at how well the company was able to transfer these old films to the new technology. The films were relatively clear and brought back great memories. I will now be going back to my attic to send many more items to transfer!!
