This place is amazing! Whilst away on our honeymoon we had the dreaded phone call to tell us one of our cats had been hit by a car and was critically ill. Against the odds they managed to save him, not giving up on him and calling us with updates till we returned to UK. Can't thank you enough! Refreshing to have such a quality, friendly practice that has the animals best wishes at heart and not just making a profit.

I've taken my 2 cats to this vet a few times now and every time there has been any sort of procedure to carry out, there have been problems - most recently, a blood test which has resulted in a gash on my cat's neck and they didn't even manage to get a blood sample. This means that I have a sick, very distressed cat and we have to go through the whole thing again. I won't be using these guys again. I don't think they know how to work with cats. Neither of my cats are aggressive or difficult - one of them is a rescue cat who came via a friend of mine and has been seen by other vets with no problems. Goddard keep telling me that my cats are 'very strong' and temperamental. These guys are meant to be experts and I would expect them to be able to do what's needed to work with 3.5kg cats whether they are 'very strong' or not!!

Very unprofessional service. We went for an annual checkup and vaccination. The doctor didn't do a proper checkup, didn't to stamp the passport and forgot to make one of the vaccine.

Had to take my very old cat in in the middle of the night when she suddenly had little control of her limbs and became unresponsive where she was unfortunately put to sleep. However a very nice and kind vet checked her over fully and provided me with all options. Was nice to have someone available to see her late at night when most vets are closed, and she was seen straight away.
