I've been a regular customer for the past 10 or so years and it was always clear that Austin strives to beat the competition by providing excellent service, high quality products that are always in demand, and low prices.
For me the service and the after-sales support is much more important than prices. Case in point: recently I've had to make several laptop upgrades and one of their staff (Keith) explained to me in detail how the laptop memory works (speeds, timings, etc.) and guided me to help with the upgrade. Did I mention the after sales support was free?
It's quite clear that the people working at Austin are very passionate about technology; they probably read the latest news and pre-order what they believe will be a hit with the customers, and they're spot on, you can always find the best gear for home and business.
I just wish they've had a location in the CBD, even if the prices were higher.
AAA
