They're what you would expect from a PC component store. No quibbles about their level of knowledge, stock levels or anything like that. In fact, it's quite good in that respect.
My only gripe, and probably one that will make me look elsewhere in the future is their warranty return process (or at least the part I experienced).
I returned a graphics card that I had bought 4 months earlier that had a broken fan. The policy is to return it to the distributor, who will test it, and either provide a new unit or repair the old one. This process can take 6 weeks! What are you supposed to do in the meantime? Buy another card?
Luckily I had another gfx card at home, but I wouldn't want to get caught out like that again.
Maybe this is an unfair expectation, and if I don't find another retailer with better policies I will amend this review.
