It takes longer to move a small item from their Bibra Lake to their Osborne Park store than it takes to ship the same item from Brisbane to Perth to my door.
I ordered two Ubiquiti UDM on the same day one from Austin and one from Computer alliance in qld, qld one came two days after.
After calling austin like everyday, the item was finally "available to pick up" 3 days later.
I even offered to go it pick it up from the Bibra Lake store, but no it cannot be done apparently.

Do not order online, their website said the pre built gaming pc i wanted was in stock in all of their Perth stores but no one had one...

Not super stoked. Had to buy ram from here as it was the only one left that I wanted. I called the store and asked to have it set aside which the guy on the phone did. Went into the store and asked to pick it up and the guy at the counter said that there was nothing ready. I said I was certain I called the correct store. Ended up having to pursue the issue myself and asked another worker who was doing stocktake about the order. He instantly found the part I needed and brought it out.
So a good ending but didnt appreciate the lack of care or respect from the sales desk.

Quick service, but unfortunately they knowingly tried to sell me a PCI WiFi card when PCI was abandoned for PCI-E years ago. They made us pay before everything was brought out, then told us a part was out of stock. They tried to give us store credit. Got a refund. Taking my business elsewhere to PLE, where the service is better.

Be careful with weekend orders. If you order parts for pick up on a weekend you will have to wait until the following week Their online processing is apparently handled by another company that doesn't work on weekends. Their website doesn't indicate this so if you try to pre-order before heading down there then your card will be charged but the parts won't be ready. Exceptionally frustrating to deal with.

Cheap, crappy service. Multiple times I've ordered things from these guys and their webpage has said it's in stock. Walk into the shop area and pay for it, then walk next door to the pickup area only to be told that they don't actually have it. Also dealt with them for work and had them take days if not weeks to respond to emails. Would not recommend

The prices are okay. The sales staff are on the ball. But, it's not what it used to be. You used to be able to barter a little, get a bargain (or feel like you're getting one). Now the sales staff can't do anything except sell you at shelf price. So meh. Whatever.

I have been waiting 7 days and have been told it would have been done 2 days ago and I'm still waiting and they even told me it would be done on a Sunday. I am quiet annoyed with this at this current moment.

Don't go near this place they substitute hard disks for their old stock. There goes your data with it.

The store was good, but the staff there basically said I can't even browse. I was wondering cause they had stairs and thought there were something upstairs, I asked and she asked back "why do you want to go upstairs?" I said I'm curious if there's anything worth looking, then she asked again the same question. She could just said only employees or personal items are up there. Glad didn't buy anything

Not to be rude but I came to fix my PC but I was not happy It would of been better for me to buy new PC I'm sorry but Austin computers need someone intelligent not someone who knows how to put pc apart but can't use software good luck

Extremely disappointing with this company's process of confirming orders. Waited 4 weeks for a confirmation only to find out there is no stock available. Only received a call once I queried via email the status of my order. Double check before ordering anything.

Austin was me Goto Store for the last 10 years
The motherboard sold to me had a bend pin in the CPU socket.
Unfortunately I missed it when I installed the cpu
After troubleshooting why the PC was not booting I found the pin
Austin is now telling me this is not covered under warranty .
159$ down the drain thanks for shopping with you
