Extremely disappointing with this company's process of confirming orders. Waited 4 weeks for a confirmation only to find out there is no stock available. Only received a call once I queried via email the status of my order. Double check before ordering anything.

Should be a 0 star rating Austin was me Goto Store for the last 10 years The motherboard sold to me had a bend pin in the CPU socket. Unfortunately I missed it when I installed the cpu After troubleshooting why the PC was not booting I found the pin Austin is now telling me this is not covered under warranty . 159$ down the drain thanks for shopping with you

This is your worst website ever, and I have been an occasional customer since your first store in East Perth. Remember Gavin? Windows 2000 install?

Unfortunately very poor customer service When I went in to get my laptop fixed, there was only 1 staff in the shop on a Saturday, so there were a tonne of people queuing up. A woman at the front of the line was waiting to return some items for her husband. She’d flown down from Karratha and had a full schedule of appointments, one of which she was actively late for because of waiting in line. But the guy behind the counter kept serving other people first, making her wait longer and longer. While I was being served, I told him to serve her first because she’d been waiting for ages amd had other appointments, but he kept on refusing because it would “take too long and be too complicated”. She was so polite and patient, but when he served three other people (including me) before her, she lost patience and left. He never once tried to talk to her, maybe take her number to call her back, or arrange another time for her to come in. Simply ignored her and carried on serving everyone else. Honestly, if I’d been her I would’ve absolutely blown my stack. I understand that they were understaffed and he was trying to reduce wait times for other customers, but this was still very poor customer service skills.

I refuse to shop here any more due to their rude customer service and repeated breaches of consumer law. Have purchased multiple faulty items here which Austin try to refuse to refund or compensate for. They also never pick up the phone, leaving you on hold for literally hours. (They also don't switch off their phone lines after they close, so it's possible to be on hold for literally days) If you absolutely need to shop here, keep your receipt, film yourself opening and testing the product, and most importantly know your consumer rights!

If you like delays & being messed around and ZERO customer care when they openly admit it was there mistake, then this is the place for you. Then you will be treated like some sort of criminal because you made and paid for your order online as a in store pick up. The worst purchasing experience I have ever EVER had! Steer clear of the Osborne Park Store. Avoid Avoid !!

By far the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a retailer. I spent two weeks waiting for a keyboard and mouse to be delivered - express shipping paid for due to urgency. After several follow up emails and calls spanning over two weeks with no response, I was eventually told that the model I ordered was no longer available. My options - refund or order one of their more expensive models as there was nothing of similar value available. To be clear, price was not the issue here as we are talking $30-$50 keyboards. The service was poor as were the options or lack of options offered to resolve the issue for a disadvantaged customer - especially given it was a result of Austin's incompetence.

Terrible sales service. 3 days since requesting express delivery and still not even dispatched. Won't return emails, won't answer phone calls and don't bother waiting in the phone queue, you get the pleasure of leaving a message after holding for 30 minutes! Not good enough. If you can't handle the sales volume stop offering the service or at the very least communicate something on your website.

I was waiting for 32 minutes. They moved me from waiting position number 7 to number 1 and ended up with 'There is no one to answer your call right now'. It's such a waste of waiting time.

I called to check stock availability of a monitor screen that I’ve been eyeing. The male salesperson who picked up the phone was so rude. He told me it was out of stock and before I get to ask my next question, he hung up on me. Look, maybe it was busy at the store but you need to up your game the way you handle customer phone queries.

sent my computer in to have the CPU water cooler installed but was placed in the worst possible spot which causes my CPU to overheat. they also plugged the AIO pump in the wrong spot on the motherboard meaning the pump wasn't even on and pumping water. really disappointed...

Ordered and paid for a part on November 23 was told I would receive a call or text when it was ready for pickup. I actually needed it today, 3 months later, and had received no notification. Went into the store and was told it had never been ordered as they'd changed management - a common excuse I've seen on other recent 1 star reviews. My phone number wasn't even in the system, but luckily my untouched order was. Had to provide my bank details as they have to get it back from the previous owner - I don't feel like this problem should be pushed back onto the customer. I have kept the details as I don't expect to see my money back without having to contact consumer affairs. Still need to order the part, but will not be going through Austin. Extremely disappointed by the entire experience.
