Xite Realty, LLC is extremely professional and competent. Patrick Valentz was our realtor, and he stood out for his constant follow-up and precise communication with all parties involved in the deal. We went into a deal with 11 competitors for the same space, and Patrick was able to secure the deal without increasing the price. He knows the retail leasing industry very well, and I would highly recommend him and Xite Realty.

I would totally recommend Xite for finding commercial real state, I worked with Drew. He helped me find a spot for my first Dental Practice. He was able to give me demographic study numbers and took over every single thing from finding the place, to signing and delivering the unit! Very smooth and easy process! There were some hiccups with the landlords but Drew was able to make it all right! Don't look anymore, they are the ones you want to use!
