Throughout the treatment process Clara was very kind and answered the many questions I had about solving this recurring problem. She covered all the basis around the flat looking for potential access points and trying different solutions when traps didn’t work initially. I’m very thankful to her for the time and effort she put into solving my problem and giving me proofing advice to prevent this from happening again.

These guys are the bees knees. I had a company previously before them come out they did an awful job as still had problems. So when I called PS they were so knowledgeable and understanding. Manager came out did evaluation and sprayed same day. After first treatment I noticed a difference right away. A week later they came back out to just make sure as still had little issue. And they even said if I need a third it would no hassle. So far all is very calm and peaceful and I feel I have my Home back. Thank you very much guys. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. Don’t go with anyone else you’ll be disappointed. Go with the best these guys are.

We got regular inspections done on two properties and Davie Lamont was very helpful with advice and setting up visits etc. Initially we had Clara doing the inspections and she was very efficient, and then Portia took over in Aberdeenshire and she was so diligent and very good at her job aswell. Would highly recommend this company for any pest infestations.

Really great service from start to finish. Siobhan was really helpful in dealing with my enquiry, providing some useful guidance that helped get to the root of the problem. Kevin, who came out to do the job over 3 visits. was also great. I particularly appreciated his communication to let me know each time when he would be coming by, and he did a thourough and careful job while on site. From what I can tell, the problem is now solved, and there even is an aftercare service that provides additional peace of mind.
