Clara from PS was very professional and thorough with the inspection and found the root cause of the problem very quickly. We had two dead bird behind the fireplace with a narroaw damper so I was difficult to remove them by tools. Clara was a champion and stuck her entire arm into the damper trying to remove them. She kept trying for over an hour each in our two visits and eventually got them all out of the fireplace.
I was really impressed but how she tried so hard to help us. Customer service was fast in responding my questions and the quote was very reasonable.
All and all, I'm a happy customer and would recommend using their service.
