I contacted this company after myself and my neighbour were having problems with rodents. From the initial contact with Siobhan who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous she completely put me at my ease. She quickly identified the best service package for both my neighbour and myself and explained fully what it would involve and the associated cost. She then walked me through the next steps in the process and identified the skilled technician who would be visiting our homes to initially survey the properties to identify the issues and proposed solutions. Ian was our assigned technician he was an absolute gem. He was extremely professional and from the get go he put us completely at ease with his obvious skill and knowledge and was quick to identify potential issues and proposed solutions. Our package included 3 x visits with follow on service reports following each visit; outlining what actions had been taken and outstanding areas for completion on the subsequent visits. The whole approach by Ian from start to finish was excellent and way and beyond our expectations. Needles to say I was delighted with the service provided by Pest Services Glasgow and would highly recommend this company to anyone with similar issues. I want to give a special shout out to both Ian and Siobhan who were exceptional and an asset and credit to your company.

We called Pest Solutions for the removal of rats. William visited once per week over 4 weeks to ensure the rats were completely gone before sealing up possible entry points. He was thorough in his checks and we’re so relieved our home is now free of any rodents, in a surprisingly quick time!

If you have any mice issues, Clara is the go-to person. She's highly professional and with a great deal of knowledge about treatments and solutions. On her first visit, she checked the house thoroughly to identify the access points, then discussed different options and set up different measures. She also took photos to evaluate the progress and kept me posted on what was going on and why. No need to mention that she caught the mouse! Honestly, professionals like her are what makes a difference!

Really good service - office took our call quickly and explained everything really clearly, and then we heard almost immediately from the technician to make an appointment to come and visit the next day. Clara was brilliant - she was very thorough and personable, and spent lots of time explaining what she was doing and gave us plenty of advice and guidance.
