Absolutely over the moon with the service provided from this company after having a massive Rat infestation in my garden and also inside my home , Monika the girl who came was ever so helpful and very polite , happy and efficient in every piece of work she carried out , always taking precautions making sure my pets where safe and out the way , she also came providing blue shoe covers on her feet at all times even when I said it wasn’t needed she still made sure she wore them , nothing I asked was a problem and I believe she went over and above in her job , think anyone can tell she loves her job , total credit to this company , very polite and very reliable , talked me through everything she was doing and explained everything from the work she was carrying out right through to the aftercare , would highly recommend this company ! Had a issue with cluster flies in my caravan. Phoned pest solutions they came out next day, Chloe the girl who came was excellent. Told me what was to be done. Two days later problem solved NO more cluster flies. I would just like to thank Chloe for her professionalism & quick service. Rhae attended at my house where I’d had a problem with rodents chewing through plastic heating pipes. She was thoughtful & considerate and got to the root of the problem quite quickly, set some traps then followed up the next week. The process was slick and inexpensive and I would thoroughly recommend the service.

Mick did a great job getting rid of the wasps nests from my mums loft.
He arrived a couple of hours after I phoned the office and completed the job within an hour.
The only downside was that he put his foot through a light fitting in the loft and dislodged it from the ceiling. He was very concerned about it and has offered to pay for repairs...a job for January !
