First visit took place within 24 hours to investigate the problem and to put the necessary pest control measures in place. Two follow up visits over the course of the following 2 weeks to monitor the situation. All resolved very satisfactorily. Kevin and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with. We just moved into a property and found some evidence of droppings. We were worried and didn't know if they were current/active or a historical issue. Thankfully, Ian came out and figured it all out with a bit of detective work! We went under the basement too and found historical places of entry. He even cemented over a couple of holes for us and has reassured us that the droppings were years old and low risk. What a relief. Thanks for all your work and advice Ian, much appreciated at this stressful time.

contacted on a Sunday regarding a mouse problem which had developed drastically over the weekend. Phone agent was lovely and Kevin came the next day to do an initial inspection and action plan. Within the next few visits the issue was completely resolved and he also sealed up any potential entry points as part of the service. He was extremely professional and friendly throughout. Hopefully don’t need to use this service again but should I have to I would definitely use again and recommend!
