Great customer service phoning back to arrange a visit. Michael contacted me on Monday morning to arrange a convenient time. He was punctual and friendly. He reassured me in relation to the process and gave me additional information regarding the guarantee of removal. There was no mess left in the house and the process was painless for me anyway, the wasps on the other hand went from a very busy nest to o a couple within a day to none two days later.
