I had a problem with squirrels in my loft. Gemma arrived and was so friendly and gave great advice. During the 5 days I wasn't available for one of them so Gemma added it on to the next week. She was respectful and discreet when bringing out the squirrels, which helped me with the guilt of killing them. We needed a new contract for pest control and Gabrielle was brilliant! She came out straight away to the site to have a look around, got someone else in the team along to discuss what was needed and it was as simple as that. We had to set up a new system which worked for both us, tenants and the council which she came up with a solution to please all. If we have needed any advice or for someone to come out Gabrielle always goes above and beyond (even on her days off) sorry! We would highly recommend Pest Solutions to anyone needing some help be it at home or a business.

Great service from Gemma! She was very professional, provided a clear explanation of what was she doing and what proofing was required to prevent the grey squirrels from coming back to our loft. Gemma was also extremely accommodating in terms of scheduling especially considering our hybrid work patterns! Hope we won't have to, but if we ever have an issue with pests again will be contacting Pest Solutions once more.
