From start to finish I was kept informed as to what the course of action ( after discussion ) would be to try get rid of the squirrels that had found their way into our loft. You could see the passion for her work from Gemma who I have to say made me look like a wimp when it comes to pests! Anyway squirrel was caught and advice given on what to do if they came back, so all in all outcome achieved and very happy with the service.

Gemma first visited over a month ago, giving a thorough inspection to all areas that could potentially be access & egress points for any pest aswell as communal areas around the building. Gemma was extremely professional & always responded to messages / concerns quickly when they arose. Over the next few visits Gemma was able to work around my time constraints which was a massive help.

Excellent service from Kevin. Very friendly and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. Done quicker than we thought and the mice are definitely gone. Checked the rest of my house to make sure they weren’t anywhere else. Even got rid of the smell the mice had left for us. Generally went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and quickly. Very professional.

My first interaction with the company was with Siobhan. She was pleasant, professional and helpful throughout my initial enquiry.
Siobhan advised me that one of their technicians would be in contact with me directly to arrange a time.
Kevin contacted me by text message, as I'd said to Siobhan that I might struggle to pick up the phone during working hours. This was a great touch.
We arranged when he would visit, he arrived promptly, removed all of the wasp nests in good time, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was an all round great guy, as well as professional.
