Contacted this company after reading the reviews and honestly so glad I went with them, from the first call until the end of their visits I was kept up to date with everything that was happening by receiving weekly reports. Chloe was absolutely fantastic from her first visit until her last she made myself and my family feel more comfortable in our home after dealing with the situation quickly and professional. Chloe was very friendly which also helped myself feel comfortable about the situation and was always happy to help in any way possible and went over and above for us. Was told it would only be 3 visits but Chloe made a 4th visit to make sure she was happy and comfortable the situation had been resolved and this was at no extra cost therefore shows this company is all about providing great customer service and ensuring customers issues are resolved and not about the money. Fantastic customer service Chloe great assets to the company and her fantastic knowledge and brilliant customer service needs to be recognised.

Gemma Was extremely helpful and professional from the first visit until the last. She was friendly and explained everything regarding removing the grey squirrel from our attic. Communication was first class and she did everything to put our minds at ease and once the squirrel was caught gave us advice on how to prevent other pests from gaining access. First class company! Got this company as we had a mole in the garden and was causing havoc with our newly laid grass. Kevin attended and was very professional and knew his stuff, all the traps got laid and set and Kevin was great at keeping in touch and arranging visits. Also Kevin arranged for us to have 2 extra visits over what we were meant to have due to the mole not getting caught in any traps. Thankfully on the last visit the mole was caught. Would recommend this company and use again......But hopefully I won't need to.
