Gemma arrived next day having contacted me to give a time frame and then an update arriving in 15 minutes. On informing Gemma I had Covid she still carried out an external inspection and questioned re activity in the house and asked if would send any relevant pictures. First treatment put down. The next two visits were dealt with the same professionalism. Gemma did an internal inspection and assured no activity. Problem solved.
