We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish; great crews, clean worksite and fantastic communication throughout the project. Everything went great! From the our very first meeting to receive a quote to the finished product these guys were professional, on time and on target cost wise. We put off finishing our basement for years thinking it was going to disrupt our lives too much. After Christmas this year and having company along with a growing family there was no delaying it anymore. I have to say, this was the best experience I could ask for. I looked at reviews and talked to someone in the neighbourhood about their recent experience with Basement Builders. The owners of the company quoted our basement and we felt the price was fair for the quality service, products and assuring respect of our home and family. We were not let down. We had direct communication with both owners throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. We had our first spring BBQ and received a ton of compliments on the quality and finishings. Not to mention our family members aren’t colliding with each other anymore! HIGHLY recommend these guys. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I will be sure to upload photos to this review!

The basement builders took on my project that alot of people walked away from as it was too much of the "unknown" when ripping it apart. My home was built in 1972 and only partially developed. The basement builders quoted me at a fair price, promising no issues. Which is 100% true! If you want a company that gives you a headache free reno, this is the company for you! Every issue they ran into, was fixed without hesitation. Matt and Ben are quick to answer your questions day or night. All there contractors were very respectful of my home and with the noise considering I have 2 dogs a cat and a partner that works nights. I'm very happy with Basement Builders and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my home. I'm happy to say, my basement is amazing and the whole process was hassle free. Thank you Basement Builders your amazing! :)
