On vacation from Alberta and I was stuck in a car wash as my Mustang would not start; phoned Denham Ford in Cranbrook and spoke with Mike the service manager he diagnosed it as likely a battery issue. He came down on his lunch break got me going again and then personally installed a new battery for me. Wow talk about above and beyond service!
