Dyer Mortgage is the kind of business that serves first. Ms. Bobbie Dyer proved that when she was asked to speak to our girls at Endeavour Elementary Community School. BTW she knocked it out of the park! She was transparent and encouraging, sharing her life's story and challenges. She left our girls inspired and hopeful as she challenged them to break cycles of mental, educational and financial poverty. She told them that they could ascend and attain their dreams if they work hard and make success a priority. Given all of her accolades and awards, Ms. Bobbie made our night special because she gave a gift that she cannot get back, her time. I am a first-time home buyer. I contacted Maxine Cannon at Dyer Mortgage to get a pre-approval after a recommendation from my realtor. She explained and helped me through the mortgage process. I greatly appreciated the time she spent explaining things to me and making sure I understood everything along the way. She answered all of my questions and responded in a timely manner, even outside of business hours. She was much more helpful than other lenders I reached out to. In my case, some other parts of the purchase process ended up not being ideal (inspection repairs, secondary negotiations, and changing timelines), but Maxine did an excellent job working with all parties involved to keep everything on track and ensure everything was on schedule for closing. I would definitely recommend Maxine and Dyer Mortgage to others with mortgage needs.

I meant Maxine at a church function. I didn't know much about her. We stuck up a conversation and at some point I told her that we had just moved here to Melbourne Florida. I mention that we were rentng at the time and that eventually we were buying period at this point I had no idea that Maxine was a lender. Either way she let me know she was a Lender and when we were ready she would be glad to help us. I can't say enough positive things about Maxine she was very professional she was very prompt in very helpful. she was patient with me through all my worries and concerns she assured me through the whole process that everything was OK.
