Our experience with Dyer Mortgage could not have gone any better thanks primarily to loan officer Mr. Pacheco. We were initially referred to another mortgage company but that turned sour at the outset when we learned we could not meet with anyone face to face. Our realtor then referred us to Dyer Mortgage and Mr. Pacheco and we could not have been happier with the outcome. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the process, and worked to get the best interest rate possible. He was also very accommodating to us, making himself available for face to face meetings on many occasions. We would not hesitate to recommend Dyer Mortgage and Mr. Pacheco to anyone seeking assistance on obtaining a mortgage.

To just say thank you to Maxine Cannon and the entire Dyer Mortgage Group is not enough. I do not believe there are words that can express my gratitude for Maxine. We closed on our first home last month and it would not have been possible without this team. As a veteran and someone with not the best credit history, I thought I was destined to rent forever.
